Terms & Conditions \u2013 DreamUs Mexico\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all private tours organized by\u00a0DreamUs Mexico<\/strong>, operating in Mexico City and the Riviera Maya. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n

1. Reservations & Payments<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • To confirm a reservation, an advance payment (deposit) is required.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • Accepted payment methods: credit\/debit card and cash.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) must be settled prior to or on the day of the tour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Cancellations & Refunds\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Cancellations made\u00a0up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour<\/strong>\u00a0are accepted without penalty.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • Cancellations made\u00a0less than 24 hours before the tour, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • No-shows are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Changes & Modifications<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Tour date or time may be modified\u00a0up to 24 hours before the scheduled start<\/strong>\u00a0without additional cost.\u00a0<\/li>\n
      • Changes requested\u00a0within less than 24 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of the tour cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Responsibilities<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Clients must carry valid identification and are responsible for their personal belongings and expenses not explicitly included in the tour.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        • All transportation vehicles used by DreamUs Mexico include\u00a0auto accident insurance<\/strong>\u00a0as required by Mexican law.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        • DreamUs Mexico is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, closures of archaeological sites, road blockages, strikes, or force majeure events).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Included in the Tours<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, our private tours typically include:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Private round-trip transportation<\/strong>\u00a0in an air-conditioned vehicle.\u00a0<\/li>\n
          • Bottled water, soft drinks, and beer on board.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n
          • Entrance fees<\/strong>\u00a0to the scheduled archaeological sites.\u00a0<\/li>\n
          • Mayan lunch or regional meals<\/strong>, when indicated.\u00a0<\/li>\n
          • Guidance from a certiied, bilingual guide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Exclusions<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Personal expenses, souvenirs, and tips are not included.\u00a0<\/li>\n
            • Any activity not specified in the tour description will be considered optional and at the client\u2019s own expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n
                \n
              • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.\u00a0<\/li>\n
              • Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of\u00a0Mexico City, Mexico.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
