Terms & Conditions – DreamUs Mexico
These Terms and Conditions apply to all private tours organized by DreamUs Mexico, operating in Mexico City and the Riviera Maya. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Reservations & Payments
- To confirm a reservation, an advance payment (deposit) is required.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card and cash.
- The remaining balance (if applicable) must be settled prior to or on the day of the tour.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour are accepted without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Changes & Modifications
- Tour date or time may be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled start without additional cost.
- Changes requested within less than 24 hours of the tour cannot be guaranteed.
4. Responsibilities
- Clients must carry valid identification and are responsible for their personal belongings and expenses not explicitly included in the tour.
- All transportation vehicles used by DreamUs Mexico include auto accident insurance as required by Mexican law.
- DreamUs Mexico is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, closures of archaeological sites, road blockages, strikes, or force majeure events).
5. Included in the Tours
Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, our private tours typically include:
- Private round-trip transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle.
- Bottled water, soft drinks, and beer on board.
- Entrance fees to the scheduled archaeological sites.
- Mayan lunch or regional meals, when indicated.
- Guidance from a certiied, bilingual guide.
6. Exclusions
- Personal expenses, souvenirs, and tips are not included.
- Any activity not specified in the tour description will be considered optional and at the client’s own expense.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
- Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
